01 — Discovery Meeting
The first meeting with me will be to discuss ALL of the things about your business. What do you do, what are your goals, who is on your team, what are the struggles, and what are the triumphs. We’ll discuss what I do as a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) and planner, and if my services would be a good fit on your journey to getting you to where you want to be with your business and your team.
02 — Proposal
If we decide to work together, I’ll send you a proposal detailing the specifics of the timeline (usually 60-90 days) and project(s) we will be working on including all costs and deliverables.
03 — Detailed Operations Review
Once the proposal is agreed upon, we will meet to do an comprehensive operations review of your business to discuss the current roles and tasks of your team members, status of ongoing projects, budgets, annual and quarterly goals, metrics tracking, existing systems and processes, and current marketing plans.
04 — Recommendations & Implementation
Now that we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we can develop a 60-90 day plan to get you there. This plan will include recommendations that can be implemented by either myself or your team, and will be catered to your specific needs, industry, and clients. Often this plan includes things like SOPs (standard operating procedures), addressing immediate hiring needs, outlining of a launch strategy, business organization charts, developing metrics tracking, and/or finance tracking.
